The St. Croix river, had to be one of my favorite places as a kid. My family and I have a cabin boat, we would go out almost everyday of the week in the summer. Well maybe not everyday but it atleast every weekend, my mom and dad would get home from work, we would pack everything up food, tents, fold up tables, cups, blankets, pillows ect. and take the boat out for the weekend. I loved it soo much it was my favorite thing, we would take our dogs out there with us and family it just fun. Me, my sisters, and brother would play king of the raft and had mud fights got yelled at for those though cause we got mud on the boat. I loved going for rides, because we could sit on the front of the boat of course with life jackets but my dad would drive fast and go over waves and such so that we would bounce, but I just loved the wind blowing through my hair, I felt free and just one with nature lol.But all in all it was just family fun.
